Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Build high impact relationships with customers
• Ensure Primo water vending machines represent the brand
• Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling
• Respond to service calls promptly and accurately
• Manage equipment parts and inventory
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Collect cash/coins from designated retail markets and vending locations
• Nurture quality relationships with customers, be knowledgeable about products and services, and provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools
• Ability to use application-based handheld devices
• Excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills proficiency
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods when servicing equipment
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Company driver qualification standards
• Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs
