Service Technician

About the role

As a Service Technician at Plunkett's, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route services Perry, Boone, Desoto, Adair, and the surrounding areas.

Training Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales.
• Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Eager to learn—we'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
