Service Technician

About the role

As a Service Technician at Plunkett's, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships in Lake Mills, Northwood, and the surrounding areas.

Training Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales.
• Use basic equipment and tools, working in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Eager to learn; training and licensing provided.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Physical requirements

• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs).
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
