Service Technician
About the role
Plunkett's technicians manage their own routes, providing pest control services and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services for homes and businesses
- Inspect properties and treat for common pests
- Build strong customer relationships
- Look for ways to grow your route through sales
- Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service is a plus
- Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs); perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting
Skills
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks

Pay
$20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Sales Incentives
