Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
  • Aid with new programming and re-programming of related security software.
  • Provide end-user training.
  • Offer technical phone support to customers.
  • Perform electronics and mechanical tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems
  • Typical work hours are between 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • LEA Certification
  • Industry experience with emphasis on computer software operations
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic
  • Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AXIS, Commend, Bosch, Redscan)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify electronic door hardware
  • Basic network troubleshooting

Pay

$35-50/hr depending on experience

Schedule

Typical work hours are between 8:00am-4:30pm
