Service Technician

Job Summary

This job is responsible for the technical service of medical devices including testing, repair, writing of reports, inventory cycles and cooperation with Sales and R&D.

Primary Responsibilities

• Warranty and non-warranty repairs based on repair work orders incl. processing of paperwork
• Maintenance of spare part inventory and initiation of the reordering process
• Participation in inventory cycle counts
• Aid Quality Management Representative (QMR) with QM process and incoming complaints
• Disinfection of incoming devices
• Additional tasks as assigned

General Tasks

• Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

Salary

The salary for this role will range from $31,730 to $57,115 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
