Who You Are
- High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background in excellent customer service
- EPA Universal HVAC Certified for refrigerant recycling
- Own hand tools and proficient in their safe use and maintenance
- Profound communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- On-call for after-hours emergencies
- Passionate about pushing the limits and looking for freedom to forge your future
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and self-motivation
- Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation

- Physical requirements: Ascending/descending of stairs, occasionally climbing ladders, continuous walking and standing, moving, bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, turning, lifting up to 25 pounds
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to the community including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical
- Maintain the exterior/interior of the community to exceed apartment living standards
- Ensure resident service requests are handled in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations
- Ensure the community and staff follow Fair Housing regulations nationally/locally and other laws governing Multi-Family operations
- Perform any other additional tasks required
