Who You Are

• High school diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
• Valid Driver’s License
• EPA Universal HVAC Certified for refrigerant recycling
• Proven customer service background
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies
• Ability to work both inside and outside
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and self-motivation
• Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
• Sensitive to confidential information and matters
• Able to work in a team environment and help teammates as necessary
• Physical requirements: Ascending/descending of stairs, occasionally climbing ladders, continuous walking and standing, long periods of time in a stationary position, moving, bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, and turning

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to the community including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical
• Maintain the exterior/interior of the community to exceed apartment living standards
• Ensure resident service requests are handled in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations
• Ensure the community and staff follow Fair Housing regulations nationally/locally and other laws governing Multi-Family operations
• Perform any other additional tasks required
