What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to the community including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical
• Maintain the exterior/interior of the community to exceed apartment living standards
• Ensure the community and staff follow Fair Housing regulations nationally/locally and other laws governing Multi-Family operations
• Handle resident service requests in a timely manner
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations
• Perform any other additional tasks required

Who You Are

• High school diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
• Valid Driver’s License
• Background in excellent customer service
• EPA Universal HVAC Certified for refrigerant recycling
• Own hand tools and proficient in their safe use and maintenance
• Profound communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• On-call for after-hours emergencies
• Ability to work both inside and outside
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and self-motivation
• Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
• Sensitive to confidential information and matters
• Ability to work in a team environment and help teammates as necessary
• Physical requirements: ascending/descending of stairs, occasionally climbing ladders, continuous walking and standing, remaining in a stationary position for long periods, moving, bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, and turning to perform day-to-day responsibilities
