About the Role
Floating Service Technician position supporting Annhurst Apartments, a 164-unit community in Gahanna, OH. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, delivering excellent service, and working with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and respect
- Support both communities while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different communities
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence
