Service Technician
NOW HIRING — $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS for new Service Technicians.
About the role
In this full-time role, you'll help ensure the physical aspects of our 359-unit apartment community meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep
- Complete make-readies and assist in maintaining curb appeal and community appearance
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership regarding repairs and updates
- Paid rotating on-call participation required; must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required.
Pay
Base Pay: $19.50 – $22.50 per hour
