About the role
As a Service Technician, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance challenges including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance. From completing service requests and preparing apartment homes for new residents to helping maintain beautiful grounds and common areas, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance
- Complete service requests and prepare apartment homes for new residents
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Participate in an on-call rotation and assist with weather-related emergencies
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience
- Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to safety

Pay
$20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus $15 on-call pay and overtime opportunities.
