Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, plumbing, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service requests and work orders.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.
• Aid in preventative maintenance and help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Hvac / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC and plumbing experience.
• Enjoy solving problems, staying busy, and taking pride in your work.
• Motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Pay

• Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
