Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, plumbing, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service requests and work orders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.
- Aid in preventative maintenance and help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Hvac / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong HVAC and plumbing experience.
- Enjoy solving problems, staying busy, and taking pride in your work.
- Motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Pay
- Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
