Service Technician
About the role
We're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Preserve at Sagebrook, a 336-unit apartment community in Miamisburg, OH. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in maintaining apartment homes and community spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep the community operating safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects to prepare homes for new residents.
- Maintain the property's curb appeal and ensure common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to support residents when needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred.
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
