Schedule
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service
- Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Help maintain the appearance and safety of our 184-unit community
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure residents receive prompt emergency service
- Partner with your team to create a community residents are proud to call home
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A team player who treats residents and coworkers with Respect, communicates with Integrity, and takes ownership of their work
