Schedule

8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service
• Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Help maintain the appearance and safety of our 184-unit community
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure residents receive prompt emergency service
• Partner with your team to create a community residents are proud to call home

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• A team player who treats residents and coworkers with Respect, communicates with Integrity, and takes ownership of their work
