Service Technician
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.
Your Day-to-day May Include:
- Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
- Ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required. CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organizational and time-management abilities
A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Pay & Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
