Service Technician
About the role
As a Service Technician, you'll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include diagnosing problems and performing assigned repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances. Ensuring prompt and professional responses to work order requests, inspecting buildings for safety and cleanliness, and alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager to necessary issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in various maintenance areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to work order requests.
- Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness, addressing issues immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
