Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide each of our customers with the best quality service and fastest response time as possible.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Repair showers and tubs.
• Fix plumbing leaks.
• Wrap windows.
• Paint and stain.
• Install shower doors.
• Replace window sashes.
• Replace interior trim work.
• Tape and mud of sheet rock.
• Drywall patching.
• Siding and shingle installation.
• General caulking and cleaning.
• Collect any balance due.
• Follow all company filed procedures and protocols.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver history.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily.
• Quality of work standards.
• Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills.
