Service Technician

About the role

We’re hiring licensed pest control technicians to join our dynamic team committed to providing top-notch pest control services. Lloyd Pest Control is a family-owned business that values its employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for residential and commercial accounts to identify and treat pest issues.
• Measure and apply products and other pest control methods safely and effectively.
• Provide recommendations to customers to prevent future pest problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License with 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• General Pest Control Applicator License (preferred, not required).

Qualifications

• Detailed orientation and consistency in performing job duties.
• The ability to adapt to change.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs., climbing, crawling, and walking.
• A good driving record.

Pay

$21.00-$22.00 hourly plus opportunities for month bonuses and incentives.
