Service Technician

Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue is growing and looking for a skilled and motivated Complete Maintenance Technician to join our service team!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections
• Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately document services completed and communicate findings with advisors
• Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship

Requirements

• Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience is required
• Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills (ASE certifications a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with and passion for the Toyota brand is a plus
• A strong desire to grow with this team through manufacturer training

Pay

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Flat rate pay range for this role is $21-$24 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Schedule

Schedule is on a rotation and will include some Saturdays.
