Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pest control services
• Maintain a winning attitude and proactive mindset
• Earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers
• Earn extra earning potential through the “Tip Your Tech” program and seasonal tip matching opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics
• Pass a drug screen
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (training and testing fees covered by the company)

Pay & Schedule

• $22–$24 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts
• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop
• Seasonal bonus opportunities
• Rotating Saturday shifts
• Year-round work
