About the role

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services while maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route. We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed—from your fully equipped company vehicle to expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue, or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pest control services to residential customers.
• Maintain a proactive and positive attitude while representing the company.
• Earn commission by recommending additional services to new and existing customers.
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped company vehicle.
• Navigate and work safely in crawlspaces and attics.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & testing fees).

Pay

$22–$25 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts.

Sales, Bonus & Commissions

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop.
• Seasonal bonus opportunities.
