Service Technician - General Responsibilities
- Field Service repair of customer window and door issues
- Identify product and repair parts needed to correct customer concerns
- Adjust doors and windows for proper operation
- Casing and trim installation
- Provide a level of Customer Service
Qualifications
- Preferably a minimum of two years' experience in a window/door installation or service environment
- OR General experience in the following industries translate well to this role: Handyman industry, Small engine repair, Appliance repair, Repair Service Technician
- Eye for detail as accuracy is imperative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to be an effective team member and display initiative
- Excellent service skills to satisfy customer concerns
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and problem solve
Time Requirement
- 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
- Window and Door Replacement Service Technician must be available to work Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays (Opportunities for overtime)
