About the role
The Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
- Purchase parts and supplies, and track inventory
- Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
- Coincide with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service repair, and maintenance experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
- Excellent communication skills
