Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver golf cars to customers and between company locations using a company truck and trailer.
• Wash, detail, and prepare golf cars for delivery or customer pickup.
• Aid service technicians with repairs, accessory installations, and general shop tasks.
• Load and unload golf cars safely.
• Help organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.
• Complete basic maintenance and inspections on golf cars.
• Accurately follow and complete daily work assignments provided by the Operations Manager/Service Manager.
• Support multiple departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to tow a trailer or willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude; automotive, small engine, or golf car experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 85 lbs.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee will frequently use their hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 85 lbs.
• The employee will regularly load and unload golf cars and may drive trucks and trailers in various weather conditions.

Pay

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, plus $500 bonus at 6 months and 1 year (less applicable taxes)
