Service Technician

About the role

Ferrellgas is looking for a dependable, hands-on Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems, ensuring our customers’ homes and businesses stay safe, warm, and operational. You’ll be the trusted face customers rely on for fast, effective problem-solving.

Local routes keep you close to home every night, representing Ferrellgas as the face of our company while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries based on customer demand

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship now or in the future)
