Responsibilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in wiring industrial, commercial, and retail spaces
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must be able to work with all types of wiring methods
- Strong attention to detail when completing service calls
- Able to navigate tablet-based software
- Work efficiently as an individual or as part of a team
- Able to work different hours as necessary usually within a 6-2 or 8-4 window
- Occasional on call, emergency or off hours work
- Able to work with all types of clients and situations
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman License
- Current driver’s license
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Able to pass drug screening and background check
