Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service and replace sump pumps
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Manage vehicle and inventory

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (minimum)
• A valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields (preferred but not required)
• A strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with tools
• The ability to handle physical workload
• The ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers
