The Role
You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
- Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
- Participate in training programs
- Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
Safety
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, positioning, and installing door components weighing up to 110 pounds (with lifting aids) on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation; climbing ladders, kneeling, driving and working in various positions as required.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job-related responsibilities.
- Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within six (6) months of employment and maintain certification as required.
Qualifications
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job-related responsibilities.

Skills
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).
- Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
- Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
