Service Support Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of repairs and upgrades on assigned product line(s).
• Build and repair products following instructions in Process Details, Service Bulletins, or approved samples.
• Remove and replace defective or damaged electronic assemblies.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Test and evaluate products to the sub-assembly level.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 3-5 years of maintenance repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and presentation.
• Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or other system software.
• Willingness to work with diverse teams and demonstrate a cooperative, team-first attitude.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay

$18.89 - $31.49 per hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on qualifications, experience, operational needs, and other considerations. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
