About the role
The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multifamily service teams, ensuring high standards of customer service and property maintenance are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service team activities to ensure efficient and effective property management
- Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
- Communicate directly with residents regarding service issues and maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
