About the role

Join our team as a Service Supervisor for KONE Minneapolis, MN. This role requires strong implementation and monitoring of safety guidelines, pride in team development, effective scheduling and performance management, collaboration across all organizational levels, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive service business operations within your territory
  • Collaborate with customers and peers to achieve business goals
  • Promote a positive culture focusing on safety and quality goals
  • Manage a union-represented workforce with 2+ years of relevant maintenance and supervisory experience
  • Leverage knowledge gained from an associates' degree in a related field or additional years of experience

Pay

The annual base pay range for this role is $112,500 – $147,630. The compensation package is tailored based on the candidate's qualifications, business needs, and other factors.
