Responsibilities
- Lead a team that supports the Northwest Atlanta Metro area
- Drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers
- Promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines
- Take pride in providing learning opportunities for your team
- Manage a schedule and your team’s overall performance
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
- Leverage new technologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise
- Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce
- A degree in a related field or additional years of experience

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $105,100.00 – $137,970.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
