Sundance Station in Richmond, VA is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee apartment maintenance. This full-time position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

As a Service Supervisor, you'll lead the maintenance efforts for our Sundance Station property, ensuring that our apartments and facilities remain in excellent condition. Each day will present a variety of tasks—from overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers to performing repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, and electrical issues. Your skills and leadership will be essential in ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Key Responsibilities

- **Overseeing and completing apartment maintenance and repairs** - **Managing work orders and apartment turnovers** - **Performing preventative maintenance to keep all systems running smoothly** - **Leading maintenance team members, providing guidance and support** - **Maintaining a high standard of customer service and property upkeep**

What We're Looking For

- **Experience**: 3 - 5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields) - **Certifications**: CFC and HVAC certification required - **Skills**: Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems, expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical), valid driver’s license, ability to travel if needed - **Personality Traits**: Dependable, hardworking, enjoys solving problems and fixing things, strong leadership and communication skills, positive, solution-oriented attitude, exceptional problem-solving abilities
