Service Supervisor

Pape’ Kenworth, the premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead their Service team. We invest in your growth through robust training programs and continuous support, equipping you with the tools to succeed.

About the role

As the Service Supervisor, you will oversee the supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, technician development, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the service staff manages the work order process with consistency, efficiency, and maximized customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage shop processes and financials
• Develop and mentor technicians
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Maintain operational efficiency and consistency in work order processes

Requirements

• Prior experience and knowledge of medium and heavy-duty trucks
• Operational experience with budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong leadership skills and mindset
• Ability to maintain positive customer and employee relations

Pay

$60,000–$80,000/year (depending on experience)
