Service Supervisor

About the Role

Pape’ Kenworth, the premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead their Service team. In this role, you will supervise and manage all shop processes, financials, technician development, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the service staff manages the work order process with consistency, efficiency, and maximized customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all shop processes and financials.
• Oversee technician development and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the service staff manages the work order process efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain strong customer and employee relations.

Requirements

• Prior experience and knowledge of medium and heavy-duty trucks.
• Operational experience with budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership skills and mindset.

Pay

$60,000-$80,000/year (depending on experience).
