About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for KONE Madison, WI. This role requires strong leadership skills, particularly in implementing and monitoring safety guidelines, fostering a learning environment, and managing schedules and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive service business operations for your territory, collaborating with customers and peers to achieve business goals.
  • Promote a positive culture focused on safety and quality goals to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Lead a union-represented workforce with 2+ years of relevant maintenance and supervisory experience.
  • Leverage new technologies and continuously learn within the field of elevator and escalator maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Union representation experience preferred.

Pay

The annual base pay range for this role is $105,100 - $138,000, with variable compensation including an annual bonus plan at 15% target incentive (50/50 based on company and individual goals).
