Service Small Works Engineer

Main Duties

• Work closely with the Small Works team, managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks.
• Compile work reports and handover certificates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in line with company policy and procedures, while ensuring client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience working with Fire Alarm and Security Systems.
• Qualified Fire & Security Engineer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Strong ability to prioritize workload and anticipate the needs of the client.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Experience and certification with leading integrated Fire & Security systems, with an understanding of networking.
• Hold a valid ECS / CSCS card to enable site work.

Preferred but not Essential

• Hold an IPAF & PASMA certificate/card.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
