Responsibilities

1. Design and implement efficient processes for handling and shipping small parcels to enhance delivery speed and accuracy.
2. Analyze parcel data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings in shipping operations.
3. Collaborate with logistics providers to negotiate favorable shipping rates and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
4. Lead and conduct periodic audits of parcel handling processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
5. Develop training programs for warehouse staff to optimize parcel handling and packaging techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or parcel management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in optimizing shipping operations and reducing costs.
