Service - Service/Sales Technician- Brewer Maine Location

About the role

Service/Sales Technicians meet with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow up on warranty issues for customers' waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems. Technicians inspect, diagnose, and recommend additional products or services to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual maintenance on waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems
• Follow up on warranty issues for existing customers
• Inspect and diagnose customer systems
• Recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must live within close proximity to Brewer, Maine (daily dispatch from this location)
• Both construction and sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and integrity

Pay

Hourly pay plus commission on sales.
