What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll be busy—but in the best way. No two days are exactly the same—but here’s what you can expect:

  • Connecting with customers by phone, text, email, and chat
  • Scheduling service appointments for in-store visits as well as Mobile Service
  • Following up with guests after their visit to ensure everything went great
  • Reaching out to guests to schedule recalls, maintenance, and repairs
  • Cooking shuttles, rental vehicles, and complimentary pick-up and delivery

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience

- Strong communication skills—you’re confident, friendly, and professional on the phone and in writing

- A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure

- Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and learning new systems (CRM experience is a plus!)

- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented—you don’t let things slip through the cracks

- A team player who supports others and contributes to a positive work environment

- Self-motivated and dependable—you take initiative and follow through

- Adaptable and coachable—you’re open to feedback and always looking to improve

- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic

(Bonus but not required): Previous customer service, call center, or appointment scheduling experience

- Automotive experience or interest in the industry
