About the role
This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
Responsibilities
- Service customers along a set route
- Restock chemical products
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- Build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay
$23-$24/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
Schedule
Roughly Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation roughly every 7-8 weeks
