Field Service and Sales Representative (Progression Role)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving a company van to customer locations across Connecticut.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
• Participating in the on call rotation for emergency service after hours.

We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus – Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
• Valid driver’s license – with at least 3 years of driving history.

Hard Requirements

• Ability to complete a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report check.
