About the role
This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
Responsibilities
- Service restaurants on an established route
- Deliver and replenish cleaning products
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Build relationships with customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Commercial dishwashing experience
- Customer service orientation
- Basic troubleshooting skills

Pay
$26-$27/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
Schedule
Roughly Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation roughly every 10 weeks
