About the role
This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
Responsibilities
- Service customers along a set route
- Restock chemical products
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- Build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay
$24/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay. Anticipated annual earnings: $49,920 - $59,280
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. On-call rotation: Roughly every 5-6 weeks.
