Service & Sales Representative

About the Role

The Service & Sales Representative is the face of Old Town Trolley Tours® of St Augustine (OTT-St Aug). You will provide accurate information, guide customers, control guest lines, organize tour departures to ensure tours stay on schedule, and sell tickets to those in line who do not already have them. The customer’s first impression should reflect our professionalism, integrity, safety, and fun. Customers judge our company by the way you perform your job.

Must be available from November 16, 2025, to January 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Hand out brochures, collect ticket stubs from guests, and apply a date stamp or direct guests to the ticket booths.
• Gather ticket stubs and e-tickets to be redeemed by the Sales Representative.
• Be knowledgeable of our products, pricing, and the most popular things to do at each stop.
• Utilize exceptional sales skills including a strong pitch, handling objections, cross-selling, upselling, and closing the deal.
• Present the cost of tours and attractions based on the company’s pricing system.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently over long periods within established rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and the general public equally.
• Ability to handle unpleasant, angry, or discourteous people in a pleasant, calm, and courteous manner.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clear English to communicate with co-workers and the public.
• Ability to learn new duties, policies, and procedures and adjust to new situations within a reasonable time.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy working with the public.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing.
• Have a passion for helping people and making their St Augustine experience memorable.
