Role Expectations and Competencies
- Generate service sales, maintain customer relationships, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain sales goals while ensuring profit margins, and track and report sales activity and trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and attend meetings, conferences, and seminars to support business development efforts.
- Plan, execute, and complete projects from initial customer engagement through project closeout.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Cover coordination of teams, providing direction, monitoring progress, communicating updates, and implementing necessary changes to achieve project outcomes.
- Prepare project reports and monthly billing information to support project performance and profitability.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, cut sheets, and identify applicable specifications for the scope of work.
- Create material lists, determine glass sizes, review hardware cut sheets, and ensure materials are prepared prior to production.
- Demonstrate sales and project management expertise, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Understand tools, hardware, and installation processes.
- Have a clean driving record.
