Service Runner

About the Role

Merit Chevrolet Co. is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Runner to support our service department by efficiently transporting vehicles, parts, and documents between departments and ensuring smooth communication within the shop.

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles within the dealership premises safely and promptly.
• Deliver parts, documents, and tools between service departments as needed.
• Assist service technicians and advisors with miscellaneous tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Empty Service trash.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in a variety of conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
