Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Cook up loaner vehicle reservations for service customers
- Check vehicles in/out and review loaner agreements
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready daily
- Track fleet usage, mileage, and maintenance needs
- Work closely with service advisors to meet customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service at pickup and return
Qualifications
- Customer service or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
