Service Quality Consultant II
Laserfiche Software Support
- Develop, modify, and enhance complex software applications and databases that automate business processes, streamline business operations, and improve efficiencies for Texas A&M Engineering People Office using Laserfiche ECM Software.
- Develop specifications based on input from Engineering People Office team, identify business processes, develop application requirements, and create design documents.
- Create Laserfiche electronic forms and business processes.
- Complete reports and summaries for management and users including project status reports, problem reports, progress summaries, and metrics.
- Serve as Laserfiche liaison to Information Technology.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, training, and support.
Listserv Maintenance
- Administer and manage Texas A&M Engineering listservs, including regular updates, additions, and removals of subscribers to ensure accurate and up-to-date distribution lists.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the listserv platform, collaborate with IT support teams as needed.
Other Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of related experience.
Helpful Qualifications
- Experience with Laserfiche, Qualtrics, Business Objects, Workday, and/or other relevant systems.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript / jQuery.
- Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
